Pre-Agreement

GENERAL POLICY
Agency fee is 100% of applicant´s first month salary. It is collected after two weeks trial period, failure to do so the agency can pull out the hired applicant/s and subject for cancellation of the agreement.

Addendum: We can also give 10% discount to those who will pay in advance or after a week of stay with the hired applicant/s in your household.


REPLACEMENT POLICY
The agency has the obligation to replace an applicant/s whose performance is deemed unsatisfactorily by employer or for whatever reason of leaving by applicant/s, personal or otherwise.

A. First to Second month: FREE of charge
B. After the Second month: Charges reverts to original rate based on the
agency´s existing terms & conditions.

Addendum: The employer should pay the applicant/s services rendered during his/her trial period as service is rendered, from the first date of work until the day he/she leaves, based on the monthly salary agreed. This is only if the employer decided not to hire the said applicant/s.


BENEFITS
It is recommended that the employer shall provide the following benefits based on Spanish Labor Law.
a- Social security / private insurance
b- Contract
c- One month paid vacation (after a year of service)
d- Days Off
e- Extra/Bonus months pay in a year (every July and December) proportionate from the start months of the hired worker/s.
g- National holidays are considered special day-off and shall be compensated if services are rendered. Daily rate will be ________ Euros.


This pre-agreement has to be conformed by both parties prior to the turn-over of applicant/s.
